Deeva Wazir: Media Kit
Overview
Development of a custom media kit to replace static PDFs, featuring pure CSS parallax scrolling, scroll-triggered GSAP animations, a bold editorial "subculture" design system, and a rate card and analytics dashboard layout.
Scroll Animation & GSAP
The hero section pins the user in place using GSAP's ScrollTrigger pin feature; as the user scrolls, five images are sequentially pulled from off-screen into a calculated, non-overlapping layout. This required mapping strict X/Y coordinates and resolving GSAP's unknown array types and dynamic object properties to keep the effect at a smooth 60fps.
Converting a PDF into Interactive Components
By moving the media kit from a static PDF to a website, the creator gained a living portfolio that updates instantly and shares via a clean URL. The rate card, once a static table, became a CSS grid, and the analytics section uses high-contrast data cards in place of conventional charts.
