Background
I was born in Calgary and have always been passionate about all things science and technology. I pursued a degree in biology but got the opportunity to do digital marketing work for a local content creator, which inspired me to pursue online education in digital marketing and a career in the field. I hold an MSc in Biology from the University of Victoria and a BSc Honours from Concordia University, combining research experience in mouse genetics and bioinformatics with hands-on marketing execution.
Experience
I've previously worked as a personal trainer and completed an undergraduate research project, experiences that taught me how to communicate with clients, make rapid adjustments when faced with adversity, manage time on long-term projects, and work effectively with others. Today that combination shows up in roughly four and a half years of hands-on marketing execution alongside full-stack web development work in Astro, React, MongoDB, and Express.
What I Do
I blend digital marketing, software development, and data analytics to build things that work, from campaigns to code. That spans content strategy and SEO, full-stack web apps, and the analytics that tie it all together.
